Cuevia stores the following information locally on your device:

Optional partner name or nickname

Support preferences and things to avoid

Reminder preferences

Saved support moments, including selected temperature state, severity, optional symptom tags, and the support cue shown

Your latest thumbs up or thumbs down response for a displayed cue

This local information is not uploaded as an account profile or saved-moment history in the current version.

Cue Feedback

When you intentionally tap thumbs up or thumbs down on a support cue, Cuevia sends a feedback event to its Supabase-hosted service. The event can include:

The support cue shown

Temperature state and severity selected for that moment

Optional symptom tags selected for that moment

Selected support preference

Whether the cue was marked helpful or not helpful

Cuevia does not include the optional partner name in this feedback. The current version does not require an account and does not attach this feedback to a Cuevia user profile.

Supabase, hosting providers, and network services may process technical information, such as an IP address, device or browser information, and request logs, when transmitting or hosting this feedback. Cuevia does not use this technical information to create an advertising profile.

This information is used to understand which support suggestions are useful and to improve Cuevia. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising.

Data Choices

You can export your locally saved support moments from Settings. You can also delete your local profile, saved moments, cue ratings, and reminders from Settings.

Feedback events are not attached to a Cuevia account profile. Because service providers may process technical request information, Cuevia does not guarantee that feedback is anonymous in every technical context.

What we collect for SMS: mobile number, consent status, the page or form where you opted in, timestamp, IP address, user agent, opt in method, keyword replies such as JOIN, START, STOP, HELP, message logs with time and content, delivery status and carrier metadata

How we use it: send and manage messages, confirmations, reminders, and promotions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain proof of consent and opt out

Sharing: we share SMS data with messaging vendors and carriers to deliver messages and comply with their rules, this can include The Campaign Registry, our CSP or DCA, and mobile carriers, we require these providers to protect the data and use it only to provide the service

Retention: we keep consent and opt out records for at least four years after the last message, or longer if the law requires it

Your choices: reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help, you can also email support@hivergentai.com or call +1 469 270 7433 to update or delete your SMS data

No sale: we do not sell your SMS data
